Private home jewelry shows
My customers and I have had great success with private home jewelry shows.
This is what is in it for you. 10% of the total price of jewelry sold is given to the hostess as a jewelry she can choose. For example, if $700 worth of jewelry is bought at the party, $70 worth of jewelry trade is given to the hostess. This is jewelry of her choice.
I do a few of these parties each year. I have display tables and lighting that I bring to your home. Your responsibility as hostess is to do the inviting and provide your choice of refreshments. (I have been known to bring a bottle of wine!) I also can give you some ideas of what the invitation should look like and ideas about how to have a successful party.
I know there are many jewelry parties making the circuit these days.
My jewelry is not in competition with these parties. The reason I feel this way is that my items are truly one of a kind and the customer takes her (or his) selections with after the party. My jewelry is NOT costume jewelry. I do not have shipping charges and ordering fees. I do have to charge sales tax.
If you see something you want it is best to buy it. It will not be made again or seen again.
