My jewelry is guaranteed unconditionally when used in normal situations. Strung jewelry will be repaired at no charge. Scoop up all of the beads and send it back to me. Email me or call me ahead of time so I know where to send the repaired item.
Hot tubs are the enemy of sterling silver. I have experienced this! Don't wear your sterling jewelry in a hot tub, the strong chemicals used to kill bacteria will etch and kill the surface of the sterling.
If one of your jewelry pieces becomes flattened or squished let me know and I will see if there is any repair I can do. (You never know it could get run over by a car or something!)
