I would consider this cuff made for a small wrist. It fits me OK and I wear a 7" chain bracelet. It is thick and made from 2 layers of sterling with rope wrapped accents in 4 areas. It has a little bit of a western or even nautical look. A similar one could be made for a different sized wrist.
