Last week a new magazine came and it had some decorating ideas for spring. I saw this color scheme and couldn't get it off my mind. While I was playing with some crystals the magazine color scheme (wallpaper) came to mind and I began designing something using the colors. This double strand really striking necklace is what evolved. As usual my photography does not do it justice. I used aventurine, and amazonite stones with many sizes and shades of Swarovski crystal. The crystals are all earth tone shades of brown and various shapes. I used oodles of sterling silver beads also. I added a giant lobster for the connection. This is a great piece just laden with gems!
