It has been awhile since I have made a necklace design that I studied as much as this one. I am excited about how it turned out. This idea jumped into my head as I studied the fancy toggle clasp that I got at the gem show. I decided it had to be the front of a necklace rather than the back. So I hunted for gems that would enhance the design of the toggle rather than overpower it. I came up with this great neutral white/black design. The moonstone is rutilated so the little flecks are highlighting the moonstone glow. I hung two very fancy dingles from the toggle. My photography does not do justice to this set at all. I made lovely earrings to include- as usual.
